Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Provided professional in-person support to clients visiting the office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Organising and maintaining the diaries of our plumbers and electricians.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Handling administrative support tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Create and issue customer quotes in a timely manner
- Providing general clerical support to various departments to facilitate efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated clerical experience supporting busy office environments particulary working with tradespeople/construction and plumbing/ electrical suppliers.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
