Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Tester to join our growing team, working on high-quality new build apartment developments across London.
Responsibilities
- Carry out inspection and testing of electrical installations in new build residential properties.
- Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs).
- Identify faults and ensure all installations comply with the latest BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
- Produce accurate certification and testing documentation.
- Work closely with site managers, electricians, and project teams to meet programme deadlines.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
- ECS/JIB Gold Card preferred.
- Experience testing new build residential developments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
