Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Childcare Worker. Azalea Care supports young people with emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD) aged 7-17
Hourly rate: £13.10 (rising to £13.50 once candidate has successfully passed probationary period)
PLEASE NOTE: EBD experience desirable but not a requirement
Duties:
Adhere to and follow all safeguarding policies and procedures
- Support our young People to achieve independence
- Support our young people with compassion, and therapeutic approach
- Perform housekeeping tasks including laundry, preparing meals and cleaning
- Assist with medication administration
- Accompany young people to appointments or outings
- Follow care plans and risk assessments
The successful candidate must be able to work in line with a rota plan which may include sleep ins on occasions. There are good opportunities for progression within the role and the growing company.

Qualifications:
Be willing to complete level 3 diploma in residential child case or already hold this.
