Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable chef to join our team here at Holiday Inn Birmingham North Cannock. Usual working hours will between 1330-2200 and will include some weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met
- follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
- Ensure all food served is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining customer satisfaction
- Uphold hospitality standards by fostering a positive working environment
Experience
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food production
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Experience in serving guests and managing customer expectations is advantageous
