The Role
We are looking for a passionate, friendly and hard-working childcare practitioners, lead practitioner, senior lead, deputy manager and manager to join our nursery team based at the new Chestnut Nursery School Dorothy Barley, RM8 2LL.
This is a term-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, following a shift pattern. Dorothy Barley is open between the hours of 7.45am-6pm.
Requirements
The successful applicant will need to have…
- Great understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS)
- Strong passion for a child-centred approach to play and learning
- Experience
- Level 2/3 qualified
- Prepared to have lots of fun in the work place (and out at company events)
- Work well within a team
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills and time-management
