Job description:
Would you like to work with a dynamic, rapidly growing and much loved character brand, based in the beautiful Lake District? An exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong social purpose and work with a friendly and supportive team. We are looking for an outgoing and friendly sales assistants to join our flock, working in our Bowness Herdy store on a Saturday for 7.5 hours. Extra shifts will be available to cover holiday cover in this and our other stores. As the face of Herdy you will be expected to provide an exceptional level of customer service. That’s why we’re looking for a passionate individual who loves working in sales and is willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
You will be responsible for;
- Greeting customers and ensuring a high level if customer satisfaction by providing an excellent sales service
- Promoting Herdysleep
- Meeting sales targets
- Receiving deliveries, pricing stock and managing stock inventory
- Keeping the shop exceptionally clean and tidy
You will need;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to provide the highest level of customer care
- A friendly, helpful and engaging personality with a positive, can do attitude.
- An eye for detail
- To be highly motivated and have an enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working as part of a team
