The Role
We are currently looking for experienced Multi-Traders to join an ongoing project in Brighton & Hove.
The work will involve period property renovations, with a particular focus on plastering and rendering, alongside general multi-trade renovation duties.
Duties
- Plastering and rendering
- General property renovation and refurbishment
- Making good and repairs
- Basic carpentry and joinery
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling and other finishing works
- Carrying out general multi-trade tasks as required
- Working to a high standard with good attention to detail
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi-Trader
- Strong plastering and rendering skills
- Experience working on property renovations
- Able to carry out a range of general building and finishing tasks
- Good standard of workmanship
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
