Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a dedicated team of care professionals. Duties
- Lead and manage the overall operation of our home care service , ensuring the delivery of person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for residents, including specialised dementia and Alzheimer's care programmes.
- Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management to uphold high standards of care.
- Oversee medication administration processes in compliance with legal and organisational policies.
- Ensure all aspects of the service meet or exceed regulatory requirements and quality standards set by relevant authorities.
- Foster positive relationships with service users, families, staff, and external agencies to promote a caring community environment.
- Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and resource allocation efficiently to ensure smooth operational functioning.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in service delivery and staff development through training programmes and leadership activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a domiciliary care, home-care or social care management role in the UK
- Demonstrable management or supervising experience within a home care setting.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices related to adult social care.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in managing care plans, medication administration, and compliance documentation.
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to engage residents' families and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent are highly desirable.

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
