Halesowen Motor House is looking for an experienced Ford Master Technician to join our friendly, professional team.

The role
You will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to Ford vehicles
- Using Ford diagnostic equipment and technical information
- Completing work efficiently and to the highest manufacturer standards
- Supporting and sharing technical knowledge with other workshop team members
- Accurately recording completed work
- Maintaining excellent standards of safety and customer care
About you
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Ford Master Technician status or equivalent Ford accreditation
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Extensive experience working with Ford vehicles
- Relevant automotive qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- A full UK driving licence
- A professional, reliable and team-focused approach
- MOT Tester status would be an advantage
