Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke provides emergency admissions services for men and women, and a pathway for women to rehabilitation including a specialist service for personality disorder.
We are looking for an experience and hands on Maintenance Manager to oversee all routine maintenance, repair and installation work completed on site, ensuring that it is carried out efficiently and within budget and to manage a small maintenance team.
Your Day-to-Day...
You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday working 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm based in a hospital setting.

What You’ll Be Doing...
Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, facilities management and compliance across the hospital.
Lead and manage a small maintenance team, setting high standards and ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently
Carry out regular safety checks, risk assessments, and planned preventative maintenance
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, fire regulations, and all statutory requirements
Respond swiftly to maintenance requests, keeping the hospital running smoothly and safely
Manage contractor relationships, keeping to the schedule of external works
Maintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and ongoing compliance
You are...
Experienced in the management of Facilities and services
Hold a full valid driving licence
Able to communicate at all levels & record detailed, accurate maintenance information, must be computer literate
Experienced in the management of teams.
