Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Pub Manager/Site Manager/ Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively and welcoming environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service, preferably as a bartender or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Effective time management to ensure prompt service even during peak hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
- A personable attitude with excellent communication skills, capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
