Job Overview:
Cariad Care North Wales is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assitants to join our supportive team in Chirk. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and companionship
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing of service users
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team
Requirements:
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
- Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided
- No sponsorship
What We Offer:
- Pay: £13.00 per hour Probation period increasing to £14 per hour week days and £14.50 weekends. Bank holidays paid at an enhance rate
- Milage paid ay 30p per mile
