Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- £45,000–£47,000 starting salary
- £1,000 salary increase after 6 months
- £1,000 salary increase after 12 months
- £2,000 salary increase once trained and approved to carry out face-to-face assessments
- Up to 10% annual performance and quality bonus
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- No nights, weekends or bank holidays
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, with the option to buy up to 5 additional days

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face functional assessments
- Evaluating how health conditions affect daily living and work capability
- Reviewing medical evidence, questionnaires and clinical history
- Using your clinical judgement to assess functional ability
- Producing detailed, evidence-based reports for the DWP
Who We’re Looking For We’re recruiting:
- Registered Nurses – RGN, RMN or RNLD
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Paramedics
- Pharmacists
Essential Requirements
- Active NMC, HCPC or relevant UK professional registration
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
- Recent experience working in a relevant adult clinical setting
- Strong communication, assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Good report-writing, typing and IT skills
