Accounts & Audit Senior – Penrith£32,000 - £42,000 + Study Support + Excellent Benefits
Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts & Audit Senior to join a respected independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Penrith.
This role would suit an Accounts Senior, Audit Senior or Accounts & Audit Semi Senior who is ACA / ACCA part-qualified or qualified and looking for a varied practice role.
The Role
- 80% Accounts / 20% Audit
- Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Preparing corporation tax computations
- Assisting with audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key contact
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members
- Working closely with Managers and Partners
The Person
- ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- Previous accountancy practice experience
- Strong accounts preparation and UK accounting standards knowledge
- Some audit experience advantageous but not essential
- Good communication and organisational skills
