We're looking for someone ambitious and motivated to join our growing team. You'll start work with us before beginning your fully funded Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in early 2027, giving you the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience and develop your knowledge before your university studies commence.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a rewarding career in the property industry while studying towards a fully funded Level 6 four year Degree Apprenticeship, leading to professional qualification as a Chartered Surveyor.
Working alongside experienced surveyors, you'll gain practical experience valuing residential and development properties while building the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career.
What you will do
As part of our Valuation team, you will:
- Assist Surveyors with inspections of residential properties and development schemes.
- Learn how to assess property values for a range of purposes.
- Carry out market research and analyse comparable evidence.
- Help prepare professional valuation reports.
- Develop an understanding of property legislation, valuation methodologies and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and professional contacts.
- Begin your fully funded degree in early 2027 through University of the Built Environment (formally UCEM), with dedicated paid study time.

- Comfortable working with numbers and analysing information.

Essential Requirements
- A proactive, positive attitude to work and study.
- Minimum of 96 UCAS points - A Levels (or equivalent).
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or above.
- Eligibility to undertake a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, as travel to visit schemes, inspect properties and visit clients is an essential part of the role.
