Excell Supply is seeking caring and enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Assistants to work across a variety of nurseries and early years settings in Crewe. The Role:
- Support the care, learning, and development of children aged 0–5 years.
- Deliver fun and engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Help provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, hygiene, and outdoor learning.
- Observe children's progress and contribute to their learning and development records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with parents and carers.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or a related subject.
- Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting is desirable.
- A warm, caring, and reliable approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
