What You Need (Requirements)
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
- Demonstrable early years experience
- Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to get one)
- Strong working knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver outstanding EYFS-aligned care
- Manage key children records and track progress
- Build strong partnerships with parents and families
- Mentor junior staff and model high teaching standards
