We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team who possesses a committed and passionate approach to providing quality care.
Registered Nurse Job Role:
To work as part of a team to provide and maintain professional standards in accordance with the principles of care as set out by the guidelines of the NMC.
To be confident in your clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
To ensure that a high standard of nursing care is provided at all times
To monitor and manage the health and well-being of our Residents
To manage and administer medication
To manage emergencies confidently
To write and review care plans
To order, store and administer medications
To be phlebotomy trained
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Registered Nurse Job Requirements:
To hold current registration with NMC*
To be committed to delivering safe & effective care
To be able to lead a shift and direct Care Assistants, and participate in the supervision and appraisal process of junior staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, day night shift available
Part-time hours: 33-44 per week
