We are currently looking for a Part Time Store Assistant, to join the team in our Blackpool Store - (FY1 2PU)
Hours of Work:
28 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 8.45 - 5.15
The Role:
The role will be customer facing and will include:
Assisting customers in store, helping with their shopping needs, giving recommendations and being the professional face of Alan Howard.
The role will also include taking telephone orders for salon deliveries, liaising with customers and sales representatives, picking and processing of a large quantities of orders ready for dispatch and the merchandising and replenishment of stock deliveries among other duties. The role requires someone who is a customer focused, team player.
Key skills:
You will have a proven record of excellent customer service, basic computer skills for till work and a confident telephone manner. A positive can do attitude and a willingness to help others.
You will enjoy the challenge of a fast paced environment, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business. You will be professional and well presented.
A confident driver as cover for salon deliveries will be needed from time to time. A full driving licence (not automatic only) is needed
Experience in retail, customer service or the hair and beauty industry would be an advantage
