About Us:
Innovations in Care Ltd is proud to be Hull’s first CQC Outstanding-rated supported living provider of our kind. We are a multi-award-winning service, known for our commitment to supporting people that others cannot — always through a truly person-centred, values-driven approach. Our work transforms lives, and we are looking for someone who shares that passion to join our team.
Job Description:
You will be an experienced, passionate, and resilient House Manager to lead one of our specialist supported living services for young adults living with complex and co-occurring mental health diagnoses and learning disabilities. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care, support, safeguarding, and staff leadership are consistently delivered.
As a House Manager, you will play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic home environment where individuals are empowered to live as independently as possible while managing risk and promoting recovery. You will lead and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring that support is person-centred, trauma-informed, and aligned with the organisation’s values and CQC standards.
We are looking for a permanent full-time House Manager to work within our community-based supported living services across various locations in Hull (HU7, HU8, HU9).
This is a dynamic and hands-on leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, emotional resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to lead by example. Our services are not institutional or restrictive—we walk alongside people on their journey towards independence, even when that road is complex.
You will have strong organisational skills, emotional resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to lead by example.
