As a Host with ISS UK, you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients, playing a key role in creating a warm, professional, and memorable hospitality experience.
This important position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and ensuring an outstanding dining and workplace experience for every guest and visitor.
The Role
- Deliver a warm welcome and excellent customer service to guests, colleagues, and clients.
- Act as a site ambassador, confidently promoting workplace facilities, dining services, and activities.
- Build positive relationships and create a friendly, professional atmosphere.
- Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages to company standards.
- Ensure service areas are well-stocked, clean, and ready throughout service periods.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures where required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all work areas.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer and hospitality experience.
About You
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people.
- Strong teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work independently when required.
- A considerate and proactive attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Competent in using relevant systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
