As a Cleaner at Anytime Fitness Harlow, we expect you to organise your work and plan your time to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer's experience. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when interacting with colleagues and customers.
You will be responsible for regular daily cleaning tasks and deep cleaning of the club. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness while ensuring the health and safety of all members and staff by following all planned cleaning schedules and using chemicals and equipment provided in the specified way.
You should take pride in your work, be friendly and demonstrate good communication skills. You can work on your initiative, have an eye for detail and have a strong work ethic. You will be working around the club members, so you should be able to prioritise their needs and ensure your work is completed without getting in the way of their experience. It would help if you understood the Anytime Fitness ethos to offer members an unrivalled level of service and quality.
This part-time position will involve hours spread over the week between 8am and 8pm, so availability to work these hours regularly is essential. Availability for additional hours on a Saturday is desirable. Previous experience in a cleaning role would be desirable, as would any related qualifications.
