Lovells Garage is a busy, ambitious independent garage based in Tavistock. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our friendly and hardworking team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. We specialise in 4x4 vehicles, predominantly Land Rovers, but work on a wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles, offering varied and interesting work every day.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent)
- Have at least 5 years' post-qualification experience
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be reliable, motivated and have a positive attitude
- Hold a full UK driving licence
What we offer:
- Salary range £32,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience, following satisfactory probation period
