WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable hard-working, and data-driven all-rounder with an excellent sales record to join us full time in London’s premier resale store. Someone with a 'can-do' attitude and a big smile to welcome clients to our preloved luxury store.
THE ROLE
Assisting in managing the sales team
Building up a strong relationship with loyal and much-loved clientele
Selling on the shop floor
Upselling and cross-selling to the customer to help them find what they’re looking for
Visual merchandising by colour and category
Tidying and organise the shop floor and office
Encouraging customers to also shop from our website
Working to weekly, monthly, and yearly KPIs
Pulling data and reporting weekly in meetings
Answering messages on Whatsapp, Email and Instagram & encouraging our customers to also shop online
REQUIREMENTS
An excellent sales person with a proven sales record
Great people skills with a focus on going over & above for clients
Excellent communication, organisation, reliability and attention to detail
Good computer skills
Perfect written & spoken English
A can-do attitude, warm disposition and a big smile
At least 3 years sales experience in the top-end designer retail sector
At least 1 years supervisory experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
