At Octavia House Schools, we have a passionate team delivering high quality trauma-centred therapeutic education, supporting and building relationships with pupils who have adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as other associated special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Octavia House schools have been leading the way in therapeutic education since 2012. Recent Independent School Inspectorate’s routine and material change inspections of our London and Essex schools were successful and highlighted a rare significant strength. This is in addition to our previous outstanding Ofsted reports which demonstrate the strength of our provision across all sites and the success of our specialist therapeutic approach.
As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Partner to join our team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the operational excellence of our schools, ensuring our sites remain safe, complaint and ready to deliver outstanding outcomes for our pupils.
You will lead on a broad range of operational functions including estates compliance, health and safety administration, planned preventative maintenance, contractor management, IT infrastructure, cyber security, data protection and ESG initiatives. Your work will enable our Leadership Team to focus on strategic growth, new school openings and the continued development of our specialist provision.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving complex operational challenges and working collaboratively across multiple sites.
