We are now becoming an Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider – reselling and delivering NetSuite to our larger clients, alongside our existing mid-market offering. This is one of the founding hires for that practice: complex NetSuite implementations need someone who can go deep technically without hand-holding – that's what this role is for.

2. The Role
We're hiring a NetSuite Senior Technical Consultant to be the deepest hands-on technical expert in our NetSuite practice – building and configuring the most complex components of our implementations, and acting as the senior technical point of contact when things get hard. You'll work closely with the Technical Consultant, providing technical guidance on complex problems, and with the Functional Consultant to turn business requirements into technical build.
You'll bring deep, current NetSuite technical know-how to engagements that are already familiar territory for Blulotus – multi-entity consolidation, complex integrations, and ERP migrations for growing, often acquisitive, businesses.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Building and configuring the most complex NetSuite customisations – SuiteScript 2.x, Suitelets, Map/Reduce, SuiteFlow – across our implementations.
- Building integrations via SuiteTalk/RESTlets and deploying customisations through the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), with strong command of governance limits and script performance trade-offs.
- Providing technical guidance to the Technical Consultant on complex build, integration and troubleshooting problems.
- Leading technical data migration and integration build work on our most complex engagements.
- Acting as the senior technical escalation point for clients and the delivery team.
- Supporting testing, cutover and hypercare for go-lives, including script performance and governance-limit troubleshooting.
- Contributing to NetSuite delivery methodology and technical standards as the practice scales.
- Working alongside the Functional Consultant to translate business requirements into technical build.
3. What You'll Bring
We need genuine, current NetSuite technical expertise from day one – this is a senior, hands-on role built around deep technical judgement, not formal architecture ownership.
- 6+ years' hands-on NetSuite technical delivery experience.
- Deep, current NetSuite technical expertise – SuiteScript 2.x, Suitelets, Map/Reduce, SuiteFlow – gained across multiple real implementations.
- Experience building integrations (SuiteTalk/RESTlets) and deploying via SDF, with a strong understanding of governance limits and script performance trade-offs.
- Experience leading or contributing to technical data migration and integration build work on complex engagements.
- Comfortable supporting testing, cutover and hypercare through to go-live.
- A troubleshooter's mindset – happy being the escalation point for technical issues from clients, the functional team, or the wider technical team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, credible at a senior technical level with client stakeholders.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g. SuiteCloud Developer, Architect).
Nice to have:
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g. Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld / multi-account environments.
- Big 4 or comparable consultancy background.
- Experience implementing NetSuite in a SaaS, Professional Services, and/or Financial Services/FinTech environment.

Pay: £65,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
