Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, lash and brow treatments
- Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable services
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Ensure all equipment and products are used correctly and stored appropriately
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
Requirements
- Proven experience beauty therapy treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy
