Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Labourer to support our decorating teams across various sites. The role involves general labouring duties, assisting trades, and keeping work areas safe and tidy. A full UK driving licence is required as travel between jobs may be needed.
Responsibilities
- Assisting decorators with moving materials and setting up work areas
- Basic preparation work (sanding, cleaning, clearing surfaces)
- Loading and unloading materials
- Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe
- Following instructions from supervisors and decorators
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Travelling between sites when required (company vehicle may be provided depending on job)
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Previous labouring experience preferred but not essential
- CSCS card
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to carry materials
- Punctual and professional attitude
