An opportunity to join our dynamic team of Building Surveyors in the delivery of project works and survey instructions.
Location – Office based at our new office premises in Adlington, Cheshire.
Qualification – BSc (Hons) Building Surveying (or equivalent)
Professional Qualification – MRICS (applicants without MRICS will be considered based on experience)
Experience – Minimum 3 years professional experience.
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000+ dependant on experience.
Experience
- Experience of delivering project works and survey instructions.
- Independently delivering a project or survey instruction.
- Meeting fee targets.
- Take client brief and develop the project or survey instruction.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in the operation of Auto Cad.
- Manage and coordinate the wider design team.
- Complete the role of CA (contracts, instructions, account management etc).
- Ensure compliance with Building regs and other regulations.
- Undertaking the role of Principal Designer.
- Provide technical advice to clients.
- Client relationship management.
- Continually working on CPD.
- Working with the team to organise internal and external CPD events.
- Supporting our in house Property Management team with queries.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
