Elite Land Rover Clydebank is a fast-growing independent Land Rover specialist with an excellent reputation for quality, expertise, and customer service. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Parts Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.
This is more than a traditional parts role. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas, strong organisational skills, and a genuine understanding of the importance of effective stock management and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will help shape and develop our parts department while ensuring our workshop and customers receive exceptional support.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing the company's e-commerce parts operation.
- Supplying the workshop with the correct parts and ensuring technicians have everything required to complete jobs efficiently.
- Liaising closely with the service department to review upcoming bookings and ensure parts are ordered and prepared in advance.
- Operating and managing our off-site parts department.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and maintaining the right balance between availability and profitability.
- Identifying opportunities to improve stock control processes and increase department performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the business through proactive ideas and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or automotive parts role.
- Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or online sales would be advantageous.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Someone who appreciates the importance of a well-run parts department in maximising workshop efficiency and business growth.
- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute new ideas as we continue to expand.
