About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working with a leading multi-discipline building services contractor to recruit a Project Co-ordinator to support their growing telecommunications division based in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop their career within a fast-paced project environment. Supporting Project Managers and operational teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating telecoms and infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop project trackers, staff schedules, and resource allocation plans
Support Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of live projects
Assist with quotations, design coordination, and project administration
Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor activities
Organise operator outages, permits, and third-party requirements
Ensure handover documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales
Assist with implementing health & safety procedures across projects
Coordinate client surveys and attend site meetings where required
Support the control and management of hired plant and equipment
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
Previous experience within a project coordination, construction, telecoms, or building services environment preferred
Good understanding of construction health & safety legislation
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to coordinate multiple project activities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively
Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
