About the Role
We are looking for a SaaS Product Developer & AI Solutions Specialist to contribute to the development of innovative web-based SaaS products combining software development, artificial intelligence, communication analysis and product innovation.
The role involves taking product concepts from initial definition through to functional web implementation, algorithm development, testing, iterative improvement and commercial presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web application code using modern development practices and GitHub for version control, code synchronisation and collaborative development.
- Design, develop and continuously improve SaaS products from concept through to functional implementation.
- Translate business and product concepts into practical software functionality and structured application logic.
- Design and implement algorithms for evaluating relationship dynamics and generating structured recommendations to improve interpersonal communication.
- Develop tokenisation and data-processing frameworks that convert natural-language input into structured data for computational analysis.
- Apply concepts from neurolinguistics, pragmatics, semantics and traditional linguistics to the interpretation and modelling of interpersonal communication.
- Research and incorporate AI technologies into product development, content creation and commercial activities.
- Create AI-assisted product and company introduction videos using platforms such as HeyGen.
- Develop and manage AI-generated sales avatars and virtual sales-team concepts to support commercial outreach.
- Support product development across SaaS markets including business relationship analysis and dating/relationship applications.
- Take ownership of product definition, technical implementation, algorithm design, repository management and iterative product improvement.
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to refine requirements and translate ideas into working solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot and improve application functionality and user experience.
- Maintain technical and product documentation.
- Identify emerging technologies and recommend opportunities to improve product capabilities and commercial potential.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience developing web applications or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and application logic.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to translate conceptual product ideas into functional software solutions.
- Understanding of algorithms, structured data processing and natural-language processing concepts.
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted product development and generative AI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of product development.
- Good understanding of user needs, product design and commercial application of technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in linguistics, human communication, behavioural analysis or relationship dynamics would be advantageous
