Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bar Manager to lead our busy wine bar with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily bar activities and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help create of a lively, and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to safety protocols
- Lead, motivate, and manage a small team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain a lively yet professional environment that encourages teamwork and guest satisfaction
Experience (required)
- Minimum 1 year or management experience within restaurant or hospitality settings
- Extensive experience with some knowledge of wine and cocktails
- Experience in serving guests in high-volume venues
Experience (preferred)
- WSET level qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a wine bar
- Experience with ordering and stock control
