Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours)
The role of Customer Service Coordinator:
- Making contact with service users to agree convenient maintenance, service, or test times
- Scheduling and manifesting maintenance bookings, entering onto the internal system and booking into technicians' Outlook diaries
- Dealing with all queries and enquiries from service users
- Carrying out administrative tasks within the team
- Any other duties as reasonably required
The ideal Customer Service Coordinator:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of and commitment to delivering focused customer service
- Able to take ownership of tasks and work accurately and flexibly in a busy team
- Enthusiastic and positive approach
- Good IT skills
