We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality strategy, strengthen supplier performance, and champion continuous improvement across our operations. About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Quality function across our organisation, covering supplier, internal and field quality, as well as quality systems across UK and EMEA markets. Along with:
- Take the lead in shaping supplier quality performance, building strong partnerships that deliver excellence across quality, cost and delivery
- Be empowered to make critical quality decisions that protect our customers and our brand, including when it matters most
- Act as a trusted voice in resolving customer concerns, driving swift, clear and effective solutions that strengthen relationships
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data and insight to reduce Cost of Non-Quality and elevate performance
- Own and evolve our Quality Management System, ensuring robust compliance while continuously raising standards
- Play a key role in new product introduction, embedding quality from the outset and reducing risk across processes
- Lead and inspire a high-performing Quality team, fostering capability, engagement and a mindset of excellence across the business
About You
You will have proven experience in a Quality related management role within a manufacturing or operational environment. Along with:
- Demonstrable experience leading Quality functions and driving performance improvement
- Strong understanding of process control across both machinery and assembly line environments
- Experience working with and maintaining Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
- Comfortable analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive measurable outcomes
- A strong customer focus, with experience managing and resolving quality issues effectively
- Relevant professional or technical qualifications in Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline
