Overview
Experienced Lash Technician
MinkdHub is seeking a skilled, professional, and detail-oriented Lash Technician to join our growing beauty and training team.
This role is suited to an experienced lash technician who is confident in their craft, passionate about delivering high-quality sets, and looking for an opportunity to grow within an established beauty brand.
This is more than simply a client-facing lash role. The right candidate will have the opportunity to receive ongoing in-person training from MinkdHub, develop their skills, grow alongside the brand, and potentially progress into commission-based roles, student training and other senior opportunities within the business.
We are looking for someone who values precision, client satisfaction, consistency and professionalism, while being enthusiastic about developing a long-term career within the lash industry.
Role Details
- Starting pay: £13 per hour
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week
- Ongoing in-person training and development provided by MinkdHub

Responsibilities
- Performing professional lash extension treatments to a high standard
- Creating a range of lash styles and mappings tailored to individual clients
- Conducting thorough client consultations before treatments
- Assessing clients' natural lashes and recommending suitable sets
- Maintaining strong lash isolation, placement, direction and retention
- Managing appointments efficiently and maintaining good treatment timings
- Maintaining accurate client information where required
- Upholding strict hygiene, health and safety standards
- Providing clients with professional aftercare advice
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the client journey
- Recommending suitable treatments, infills and additional services where appropriate
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workspace
- Contributing positively to the MinkdHub team and brand
- Participating in ongoing in-person training and development
- As the role progresses, potentially supporting or training students enrolled on MinkdHub courses
Requirements
- Relevant professional lash extension experience required
- Confident in creating high-quality lash sets independently
- Experience in multiple lash styles such as Classic, Hybrid and Russian Volume
- Strong understanding of isolation, styling, mapping and lash health
- Good understanding of lash retention and correct application techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating previous lash work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, reliable and client-focused attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of hygiene and salon safety standards
- Willingness to learn, develop and adapt to MinkdHub techniques and standards
- Interest in progressing within the business long term

Compensation & Growth
This role starts at £13 per hour, with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance, development and responsibilities.
There is also potential to move into a commission-based structure, providing greater earning opportunities as your client base and role within MinkdHub develops.
