£25,000 rising to £27,000 upon completion of training | 35 hours per week
We are looking for four enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment & Operations Coordinators.
This is an entry-level opportunity to start a career within the specialist marine recruitment industry. No previous recruitment experience is required – we're looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
The first 3 months
Your first three months will be a structured training and development period, designed to give you a broad understanding of Seamariner and how our different departments work together.
You'll spend time with all areas of the business, learning about our operations, customers, candidates and the marine recruitment industry. This will give you a strong foundation and help us understand where your strengths and interests lie.
After the initial 3 months
Following your training period, you'll move into an administrative support role within either our Recruitment or Travel department, depending on your strengths, interests and the needs of the business.
You'll continue to develop your knowledge and take on increasing responsibility, with long-term progression opportunities into recruitment for those who demonstrate the right skills, attitude and ambition.
