Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and style-conscious Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for menswear and fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Provide expert style advice and product knowledge tailored to individual customer needs
- Drive sales by delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using the till system
- Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory control
- Support fitting room activity and sizing assistance
- Stay updated on product lines, promotions, and seasonal trends
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns according to store policy
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferably in fashion or menswear)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in providing fashion advice and styling suggestions
- High attention to detail and pride in personal presentation
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer and till operation skills
