Due to continued growth and the award of new contracts, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical teams across social housing and refurbishment projects. The Opportunity is for 1 Supervisor to be working Birmingham or Nuneaton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising electricians and electrical mates on site
- Planning and coordinating daily workloads
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Carrying out site inspections and quality checks
- Ensuring compliance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and Health & Safety requirements
- Liaising with clients, site managers and the wider project team
- Mentoring and developing members of the electrical team
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- ECS Gold Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience supervising electrical teams
- Strong knowledge of social housing and refurbishment products
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
