- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate team members
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled, ensuring all areas are spotless and inviting
Skills
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards
- Strong janitorial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure every space is impeccably maintained
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently during busy weekends
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift items as needed
- Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and report issues promptly
