You'll combine strong operational skills with a hands-on leadership style, ensuring every shift runs smoothly while maintaining the energy and excitement that makes MINISO unique.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You'll support the day-to-day running of the store by:
- Leading the team during your shift, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, productivity and operational targets.
- Coaching and motivating colleagues through a supportive, inclusive and compassionate leadership style.
- Helping to create a positive team culture where everyone feels respected, encouraged and empowered to develop.
- Delivering exceptional visual merchandising, stock availability and store presentation.
- Supporting stock management, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Assisting with task planning and effective delegation.
- Helping to onboard and develop new colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Ensuring high standards of compliance, health & safety and operational excellence.
- Acting as a role model for MINISO values and delivering consistently high standards across every shift.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an enthusiastic retail leader who enjoys supporting others, thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience motivating and developing colleagues to achieve their best.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive, positive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of key retail performance measures.
- Competent IT skills and confidence using retail systems.
- Flexibility to work across a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, cash handling or supporting recruitment and colleague development would be advantageous.
