Workforce Operations & Compliance Manager
This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and operational excellence to a fast-moving environment.
As our contingent clinician workforce and services continue to grow, we're looking for a strong operational leader who thrives in evolving environments and can help strengthen our onboarding and compliance function. Working within an established Clinician Workforce Operations team, you'll lead a Team Leader and team of administrators, playing a key role in driving continuous improvement, embedding scalable ways of working and ensuring our high standards of quality, compliance and service delivery are maintained as we grow.
Reporting to the Head of Clinician Workforce Operations, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of onboarding and compliance for our contingent clinician workforce, ensuring activity is efficient, compliant and aligned to business needs. You'll oversee onboarding performance, compliance activity, audits and team delivery, using data and insight to manage risk, prioritise workloads and drive operational improvement.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with regular attendance at our Semley office required. Weekly attendance is preferred, however, we will consider alternative patterns such as fortnightly or monthly attendance where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of clinician onboarding, compliance and lifecycle processes.

Own operational performance, onboarding SLAs and compliance delivery.

Use data, reporting and insight to monitor performance, identify risks and support decision-making.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure onboarding activity aligns with workforce demand and business priorities.

Oversee audits, compliance controls and inspection readiness.

Drive process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency and scalability.

Lead and develop the team, creating clear accountability and high performance.

Ensure regulatory, contractual and internal compliance requirements are consistently met.
Requirements:
You'll be an experienced operational manager with a background in onboarding, compliance, credentialing or a similar high-volume operational environment. Ideally, you'll have worked within a regulated setting such as healthcare, education or another compliance-led sector.

Remuneration and Benefits:

Up to £60,000 annual salary
