We are looking for someone to join the team on our laying Farm in Stanford Bridge, Worcestershire. Although Experience with poultry is not necessary as all training will be provided on the job it is preffered.
We currently have both weekday and weekend positions avaialabe.
Working hours are 7:00am - 14:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Walk sheds and collect eggs.
- Ensure that high standards of animal welfare are maintained.
- To check feed and water consumption is maintained at required level routinely throughout the day.
- To check shed temperature is maintained at required level routinely throughout the day.
- Grading and packing of eggs.
- Complete and maintain accurate daily records.
- Keep the pack house and sheds clean and tidy.
- To check all pallets of eggs are correctly packed, stored and labelled with tickets ready for collection.
- Report to the Farm Manager.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
