Responsibilities:
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for fresh, local food
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive rate of pay starting at £12.71 per hour
- Additional income from tips, and service charges at an average of £2/3 per hour
