Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and responsible person to help take care of our delightful holiday cottage which is let through The Landmark Trust. Our current housekeeper also does the laundry for the cottage. The cottage is a small two bedroomed house in the middle of woodland 3 miles south of Edenbridge. We also need someone to help take care of our fabulous large busy house, office and farm shop kitchen. We can be flexible with hours for these jobs. This is a self employed position.
Responsibilities:
- Checking bookings for Hole Cottage and ensuring a changeover is in hand
- Ensuring supplies are up to date in the cottage
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Handle waste disposal following proper procedures
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored correctly
- Laundry for the cottage (we pay £13 a load for washing - generally 3/4 loads per changeover)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Cheerful and flexible attitude
- Being a good team member

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
