This industry leading, independent restaurant group is looking for the right person to cover their People & Culture Manager when they go on maternity leave later in the year. People are at the heart of this business and prioritising their culture and ensuring they do the best by their teams as they can as the business is grows is so important to them. There are several sites open and they plan to open in new sites during the period of cover. The business is small enough that you will be able to build relationships with all team members across the sites and the right person will love being involved across all the sites and Head Office.
This role will be a mix of planning and executing strategy to support business growth as well as being hands on day to day, being comfortable designing and delivering training, supporting managers in the group with and HR and ER issues, supporting the recruitment process and owning successful onboarding for junior team members and leading on the recruitment for management positions across the business
