Key Responsibilities
* Learn & Advise: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and other appropriate debt solutions.
* Case Management: Assist with managing cases through to the Statement of Insolvency Practice (SIP) Meeting of Creditors (MOC) stage.
* Financial Assessment: Support clients by thoroughly assessing their financial situations to recommend the most suitable path forward.
* Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based client relationships through empathy and clear, effective communication.
* Target Driven: Work towards achieving quality standards and performance goals as part of your professional development.

* Experience within the IVA or debt industry is preferable.
