We are increasing capacity at our Worthing site which is our primary site for the manufacture and testing of our products, and we are hiring for a number of new roles.
We are currently recruiting for a Sterile Services Technician. The role is worked on a rotating shift basis, working 06:00 – 14:00 week 1, 13:00 - 21:00 Week 2 (Monday to Friday).
The salary for this role is £26,230 with a shift premium on top of salary of 15% (total salary £30,165 per annum)

Who we are looking for
As a Sterile Services Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all components, equipment, and materials are effectively prepared, sterilised, and ready to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
We are looking for candidates who are happy working in a small team within a pharmaceutical preparation area as well as a clean room environment.
There is a requirement to enter a clean room environment to unload machinery, and to be involved with critical cleaning and disinfection activities and we would welcome applicants who have experience in similar roles or transferable skills. Any experience in a GMP environment would be beneficial. Although full training would be provided.
The role
You will be involved in the following:
- Completion of work requests to meet production schedules
- Cleaning & preparing equipment prior to sterilisation
- Operating sterilisation and sanitisation equipment
- Managing and replenishing consumables in production areas
- Performing activities in compliance with GMP requirements
- Supporting cleaning and disinfection our grade A/B/C classified areas
- Working part of the shift fully gowned within cleanroom environments
- Unloading machinery within controlled environments
- Performing tasks involving some heavy lifting

- Are comfortable with physical aspects of the role (including lifting)
- Have experience in sterile services, cleanroom operations, or other GMP environments (desirable but not essential)

Successful candidates will be invited to an initial video call via Teams and then those who are suitable will be invited to a 2nd stage interview onsite, this will involve a tour of the facility.
