Daffodil House is looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our service on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
Priory Daffodil House is a 9-bed residential service in Pontypridd, South Wales, supporting adults aged 18–65 who are on the autistic spectrum and may present with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a service from the ground up, making a real and lasting impact on the lives of the people we support.

You’ll lead a compassionate and dedicated team that is committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Using a tailored approach and proven support methods, you’ll help residents build confidence, develop independence, and move forward with their lives.
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding support
- Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and wellbeing for all residents
- Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
- Play a key role in shaping and growing this newly opened service

We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or is actively working towards it
- Has experience supporting individuals with autism (essential)
- Brings strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Is motivated to drive positive outcomes and continuous improvement
