Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively to maximize cleaning efficiency
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
